2nd Annual Ronald Edwards Jr. Memorial Tournament

1. The Tournament is open to any adult bowler.

2. Lanes to be assigned at check-in. Bowlers failing to appear on the lanes prepared to bowl at the scheduled time shall forfeit their entry fee.

3. Participation Rules

a. This is a Singles event. Walk-in entries are permitted. No re-entry.
b. Entering averages and handicap will be based on 80% of 220 for each bowler using the most recent league or book average as of August 1, 2025.
c. Substitutes will not be allowed.

4. Format

a. All participants will bowl four games in Singles competition.
b. Participants will move one pair to the right after each game.
c. The tournament will be using a Standard house shot.

5. PRIZE FUND MONEY WILL BE RETURNED 100%.

a. The prize ratio for each event will be one prize for every six entries.
b. Entry fees will be $50 per bowler as follows:
i. Prize Fund: $30.00 per bowler
ii. Lineage: $18.00 per bowler
iii. Expenses: $2.00 per bowler
c. $350 guaranteed first place prize.
d. The optional Scratch division will be available for $10 per bowler.
e. Additional brackets and pots will be available.

6. The top five (5) bowlers will advance to the stepladder finals.

7. In the event of a tie for stepladder position, a one-game roll off will be conducted.

8. In the event of a tie after the one-game roll off, bowlers will conduct a tenth frame roll off until a winner is decided.

9. In the event of a tie for first place, a one-game roll off will be conducted.

10. In the event of a tie for first place after the one-game roll off, bowlers will conduct a tenth frame roll off until a winner is decided.

11. All other ties will result in awards being split equally.

12. A $35.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE, PLUS BANK CHARGES, WILL BE LEVIED ON ANY RETURNED CHECKS.
